How It Works
KOLs reach end users directly; Scouts discover and support KOLs. The two are independent roles and cannot be held at the same time. No prior purchase is required to apply; applications are reviewed based on content, channels, and the program. Commissions are based only on real product purchases and are adjusted for refunds.
