Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the liki.hk website and services (collectively, the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of liki.hk. We may require you to affirmatively accept these Terms through a click-through mechanism before completing a purchase; such acceptance is additional confirmation of your agreement and does not replace the binding effect of your use of the Service.
Service Description
The Liki website provides free charting, birth-profile management, and paid Liki Chat AI interpretation. Available scenarios are shown in the workspace and may include BaZi, ZiWei, compatibility, naming, divination, the Chinese almanac, and Feng Shui. Charts are deterministic computations; AI interpretation is cultural and entertainment reference only and is not medical, legal, investment, psychological, or other professional advice. Liki also publishes Skills and engine interfaces for AI assistants; a Skill runs in your own assistant environment and is not part of this website’s paid service.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete birth information to the best of your knowledge — we are not responsible for analysis deviations caused by incorrect or incomplete input data; (b) maintain the confidentiality of your report links and email communications; (c) use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; (d) not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (e) not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code, algorithms, or training data of the Service; (f) not use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Service without prior written permission; (g) not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content generated by the Service for commercial purposes. Users under 18 years of age should use this Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that: (a) violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including export control laws and economic sanctions; (b) infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party; (c) transmits any viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks; (e) interferes with or disrupts the Service or its underlying infrastructure; (f) engages in fraudulent, false, or misleading activity, including providing false birth data with intent to abuse free trial or demo features; (g) uses the Service to generate, distribute, or promote content related to illegal gambling, unlicensed financial advice, or activities that require regulatory licensing. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this Acceptable Use Policy, including terminating access to the Service and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
Payment, Pricing & Refunds
We may offer one-time access and recurring subscriptions. A subscription automatically renews each billing period until canceled; cancellation stops future renewals and access normally remains active until the end of the paid period. The purchase page shows price, currency, billing mode, and access duration. The server selects CNY or USD from the payment region and collects through XunhuPay or Dodo Payments. Payment providers handle card data; Liki does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV, or payment passwords. Once AI interpretation has started or been generated, it is generally consumed and non-refundable. If payment succeeds but a technical fault prevents entitlement or service access, contact [email protected] within 15 days; after verification we will restore the entitlement or refund it. Abuse of refunds or chargebacks may restrict an account and payment channel.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to source code, website design, user interface, branding, logos, algorithms, and proprietary calculation engines — are owned by or licensed to liki.hk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated report content: upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access, view, download, and print your generated report for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from report content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. The traditional metaphysical knowledge systems (Gan-Zhi calendar, BaZi, Na Yin, Zi Wei Dou Shu principles) underlying our algorithms are part of the public domain cultural heritage. Our specific software implementation and AI training methodology are proprietary. If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] with: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the infringing material; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good faith belief; and (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Third Party Services
The Liki website relies on Dodo Payments, XunhuPay, Resend, the configured large-language-model provider, and infrastructure/CDN providers for payments, email, AI inference, and delivery. These third parties apply their own terms and privacy policies to processing they control. Liki is not liable beyond applicable law for their acts, omissions, outages, or data incidents. When replacing or adding a material provider, we will take reasonable steps to preserve continuity and update this disclosure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall liki.hk, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data; or (d) any errors or omissions in AI-generated content. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in whole or in part. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless liki.hk, its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Service; or (e) your negligence or willful misconduct. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim. You shall not settle any claim that affects us without our prior written consent.
Termination
These Terms continue to apply until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of the Service and, if you wish, requesting deletion of your data by contacting [email protected]. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) we decide to discontinue the Service, in whole or in part; or (d) we determine that your continued use of the Service poses a risk to our systems, users, or legal compliance. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any accrued payment obligations. If you have purchased reports prior to termination, you retain the right to access those reports for the duration of our data retention period as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws: nothing in these Terms limits your rights under such mandatory laws, and you may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence. For all other disputes: you and liki.hk agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its administered arbitration rules in effect at the time of filing. The arbitration shall be conducted in Hong Kong in the English language before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party bears its own costs, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice by: (a) posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date; and (b) for material changes that affect existing users, displaying a notice on the website for at least 30 days following the change. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service. Changes that are required by law or that relate to new Service features will be effective immediately. For existing paid services, changes will not retroactively alter the terms that were in effect at the time of your purchase unless required by law.
KOL and Scout partner roles
KOL and Scout are independent partner roles, not membership levels and not multi-level marketing. Applying requires no purchase or fee and is subject to Liki review; an account normally holds only one role. Partners are independent parties, not employees, agents, or partners of Liki. Commission is earned only from qualified one-time purchases and subscription renewals that are actually completed and not refunded, and may be adjusted or clawed back for refunds, fraud, non-compliant promotion, or pricing errors. Recruiting alone, sales-free downlines, and paid-entry schemes earn nothing. Partners must follow applicable law and platform rules and must not spam, exaggerate or guarantee metaphysical outcomes, misrepresent credentials, mislead users, or misuse personal data. Payouts require the minimum balance and a verifiable payout account. Liki may meet tax, anti-fraud, and compliance duties, suspend or terminate a violating role, and recover improper compensation.
